La personne en poste assiste étroitement les Associés et le comité dans la gestion quotidienne des activités du bureau. Elle joue un rôle clé dans l’organisation, la planification et le suivi administratif.
Responsabilités principales
- Support administratif aux Associés : gestion d’agendas, coordination des déplacements, traitement des courriels, gestion des dépenses.
- Organisation et logistique : préparation de réunions et comités, suivi avec les participants, rédaction d’ordres du jour et comptes rendus.
- Gestion documentaire : classement, numérisation, conformité et mise en page des documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe).
- Facturation : saisie, vérification et suivi des données de facturation.
- Communication et coordination : échanges avec les clients, partenaires et collaborateurs.
- Participation active à la vie du bureau : projets spéciaux, organisation d’événements, soutien aux opérations générales.
Profil recherché
- DEC en administration ou dans un domaine pertinent
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
- Expérience en cabinet comptable ou professionnel considérée comme un atout
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit
- Très bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, Outlook) et de gestion documentaire (Adobe)

The person in this role will work closely with the Partners and the committee to assist in the daily management of office activities. They will play a key role in organization, planning, and administrative follow-up.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Partners : managing calendars, coordinating travel, handling emails, and managing expenses.
- Organization and logistics : preparing meetings and committees, following up with participants, drafting agendas and meeting minutes.
- Document management : filing, scanning, ensuring compliance, and formatting documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe).
- Billing : data entry, verification, and follow-up of billing information.
- Communication and coordination : liaising with clients, partners, and collaborators.
- Active participation in office life : special projects, event organization, and general operational support.
Profile Required
- DEC diploma in administration or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in an accounting or professional firm considered an asset
- Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written
- Strong proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software (Adobe)
