What you'll do: QXO is looking for a Virtual Sales Representative to manage and grow a defined book of SMB customers. This role is perfect for someone who loves consultative selling, building long-term relationships, and owning the full sales cycle. Manage and deepen relationships with assigned customers Understand customer needs and deliver value-driven solutions Own the virtual sales cycle from discovery through follow-up Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand share of wallet Partner with branches and field teams to support customer success What you'll bring: 23 years of inside/virtual sales or account management experience Strong consultative communication and relationship-building skills Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) Ability to work onsite in Coppell, TX Qualification Enhancers: Experience managing a book of business Background in customer retention and account growth Building materials industry experience What you'll earn 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO, company holidays, and parental leave Paid training and certifications Legal assistance and identity protection Pet insurance Employee assistance program (EAP) Benefits for union-represented roles are determined by the applicable collective bargaining agreement and may differ from standard company benefits.
