Was Du bewegst
Du sorgst dafür, dass Veränderung nicht chaotisch passiert, sondern geplant und verstanden wird
Du planst Initiativen und Vorhaben über mehrere Value Streams hinweg
Du koordinierst Abhängigkeiten und stellst realistische Zeit-, Ressourcen- und Meilensteinplanung sicher
Du planst Veränderungen aus Sicht der Mitarbeitenden und sorgst für Verständnis und Anwendung im Alltag
Du bringst Service Design, Service Specialists, Customer Experience und IT in eine abgestimmte Planung
Du schaffst Transparenz über Fortschritt, Risiken und Zielkonflikte
Du bereitest Entscheidungsgrundlagen auf und eskalierst frühzeitig, wenn es nötig ist
Du unterstützt Führungskräfte bei Planung, Kommunikation und Einordnung von Veränderungen
Was Du mitbringst
Du bringst Struktur in Komplexität und bleibst pragmatisch
Ausbildung oder fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement, Change Management oder in vergleichbaren Rollen
Erfahrung in Planung, Koordination und Priorisierung über mehrere Themen hinweg
Verständnis für das Zusammenspiel von Business, Prozessen, Systemen und Betrieb
Fähigkeit, Abhängigkeiten sichtbar zu machen und sauber zu steuern
Klare Kommunikation und Moderationsstärke im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
Pragmatismus: Fokus auf Umsetzung statt Methoden-Show
Die Fähigkeit, auch bei Zielkonflikten Klarheit zu schaffen und Entscheidungen voranzubringen
Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift; gutes ösisch; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
