Anderson Outdoor Store Team Member Opportunity

Anderson Outdoor is looking for a team member for our store! Do you want to be a part of a team dedicated to a great customer experience? Responsibilities of automotive sales guides:

  • Demonstrate integrity, passion, humility & drive for your career
  • Devote yourself to ensuring satisfaction to customers
  • Assist all customers to experience better as they enter the dealership
  • Utilize self recorded videos to maintain contact with customers
  • Establish personal performance goals & devise a strategy to meet them
  • Explain product performance, application & benefits to consumers
  • Learn to overcome objections & perform all steps of the sales process
  • Report to the manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews & analysis

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic & demonstrate high energy throughout the workday
  • Outgoing & positive with a friendly personality
  • Proficient with computer skills
