Nous recherchons la perle rare pour compléter notre équipe en salle à manger, ou tout a été pensé pour offrir un environnement confortable et convivial pour les résidents et un milieu de travail agréable pour les employés.
TÂCHES
Sous la supervision de la responsable de la cuisine, l’aide cuisinier(ère), travaille en collaboration avec l'équipe de cuisine, pour assurer un service de grande qualité à tous les clients qui se présentent à la salle à dîner
SOMMAIRE DES RESPONSABILITÉS GÉNÉRALESSous la responsabilité hiérarchique de la responsable de la cuisine et sous l’autorité fonctionnelle de la cuisinière, personne qui de façon générale aide la préparation et à la mise en portion des aliments. Elle peut être appelée à préparer, vérifier et distribuer certains mets, menus spéciaux et diététiques. Elle est responsable de la préparation du bar froid, des salades et des desserts. Elle peut aider à préparer les assiettes et faire le service au réchaud.
Elle voit et collabore au bon fonctionnement de la cuisine, à la préparation et au service des repas lors de l’absence de la cuisinière. Elle aide la cuisinière à l’approvisionnement, la réception, l’entreposage et la rotation des denrées alimentaires. Elle effectue toutes autres tâches connexes à la demande de sa responsable.
Compétences requises
- Posséder une expérience de travail significative comme aide cuisinier(ère)
- Avoir le sens du travail bien fait.
- Ponctuel et fiable.

- Approche respectueuse
- Sens des responsabilités et autonomie
- Habileté à travailler en équipe et à maintenir une bonne communication avec les résidents et les collègues, pour assurer la satisfaction de la clientèle
- Connaissance et maitrise des normes en hygiène et salubrité (MAPAQ). Détenir l’accréditation est un atout.
Conditions
- Salaire compétitif en lien avec l'expérience et les qualifications.
- Horaire de 40 heures par semaine ou de 16 heures par fin de semaine de 9h00 à 17h30.
