Woodbury HealthCare Center, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, is looking for a dedicated and passionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our growing team. Woodbury HealthCare Center is home to seniors requiring TCU (Transitional Care Unit) Care and Long-Term Care. We are in Woodbury, right next door to Woodbury High School. We have been helping seniors Age Magnificently since 1979 and are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit supporting seniors. Schedule Available: Part-Time, all shifts including every other weekend. Wage: $21-$26/hour, depending on experience.

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:
- CNA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Qualifications:
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Completion of MN CNA program and active on MN registry.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
