Crow Wholesale is looking for an onsite Sales Representative to join our team in Mocksville, North Carolina. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems, and competing in a fast-paced sales environment, while also developing broader sales and business skills that may create advancement opportunities in the future. As a Sales Representative, you will support dealers and customers across the shooting sports industry by providing responsive service, product guidance, account support, and practical solutions that help them grow their business. You will manage customer communication, follow up on opportunities, support house accounts, and help identify ways to expand Crow Wholesale's reach and impact. This role is more than a seat on the sales team. As you learn the business, you will gain exposure to customer segmentation, pricing strategies, sales analysis, vendor programs, promotions, and cross-functional planning. In this role, you will: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers Provide consultative sales support, product information, and timely problem resolution Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that create value Support account growth through regular outreach, follow-up, and disciplined execution Use sales data and customer insights to recognize trends and opportunities Partner with Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, Vendor Relations, and Customer Service to improve the customer experience Represent Crow Wholesale with professionalism, urgency, and a customer-first mindset You may be a strong fit if you: Have at least 1 year of consultative sales, account management, customer service, or business development experience Are a natural relationship-builder who knows how to ask good questions and follow through Thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment where effort and execution matter Are organized, coachable, and motivated to learn more about sales strategy and business development Have an interest in the shooting sports, outdoor, wholesale, or B2B sales environment Want to grow your career with a company where customer trust, product knowledge, and long-term relationships matter This is an onsite role in Mocksville, NC, working Monday-Friday during normal business hours, with occasional travel or event support as business needs require. The starting salary begins at $40,000, with additional consideration based on experience. Once commissions are unlocked, this role offers a clear path to $100,000+ earning potential.
