Number of Openings: 1 Are you a creative professional who thrives in bringing brands to life through compelling visual design? We're looking for a Home-Based Graphic Designer to join our DCX team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals, create visually impactful designs, and develop creative solutions that strengthen brand identity across a variety of mediums. This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative portfolio, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for translating ideas into engaging visual experiences. Required Core Competencies
Creative & Visually Driven: Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and a broad range of design capabilities across different mediums. Collaborative & Open-Minded: Able to confidently give and receive constructive feedback while working effectively with clients and team members. Design-Focused & Detail-Oriented: Strong understanding of design principles, visual composition, typography, branding, and aesthetics. Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and client stakeholders. Organized & Deadline-Driven: Effective time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet project deadlines. What You Will Do
Full color logo applications across a variety of products Product mockups and virtual Fully custom item concepts and artwork layouts Creative presentation graphics for client idea decks Preparing production-ready files for print and decoration Working within brand guidelines while still bringing creative ideas to life Photo editing, recoloring, and clean product visualization work What We Look For
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field. Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, or other relevant experience. Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. Technical Skills: Experience in promotional products, apparel decoration, packaging concepts, or retail-inspired merch presentations. High-level experience in Adobe Illustrator High-level experience in Adobe Photoshop Experience with Pantone system usage and application. Experience in Adobe InDesign (Preferred) Experience with file formatting based on application (spot vs. process, vector vs. raster, scaling resolutions) Experience with output application (hard goods, digital print, embroidery vs. digital media) Slack (Preferred) Adobe Acrobat (Preferred) What We Offer
Salary Range: PHP 40,000 – 45,000 Industry: Promotional Products Job Type: Full-time Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (USA) Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA) Benefits of Working With Us
