Job Title
Main Duties & Responsibilities Successfully be the customer facing subject matter expert on Technology working with Machine Sales and Product Support promoting Product Link, Condition Monitoring, Vision Link and emerging technology products and services. Vision Link Unified Suites training both internal and external Keep Machine Sales and Product Support informed on emerging technology Promote Condition Monitoring services and associated technology Provide customers with mixed fleet telematics solutions Recommends Product Link devices and applications Assist Customers with introduction and implementation of Cat Inspect Support Trimble on highway telematics system Introduce and promote my.cat.com Assist PSD in navigating and understanding what technology is available Company Overview In 1962, Ring Power Corporation became a full-line Cat Equipment dealer in North Florida, and later expanded its authorized territory to include Central Florida. Today, Ring Power Corporate headquarters in St. Augustine oversees the operations of 18 branch locations throughout the state of Florida, including large regional facilities in Tampa and Orlando and crane and forklift sales and service facilities in Pompano and Miami. Ring Power also has eight facilities outside of Florida - Rhode Island, New Jersey, the Carolinas, Georgia, Texas and California - to serve the needs of other specialized industries and customers. Qualifications 5 to 7 years of experience in Sales with an emphasis in Product Support required. Superior office system computer skills required to include: Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc Must be able to comprehend, speak and write the English language. Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills. High School Diploma or related equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree from a four year college or university or related equivalent experience preferred.
