Als Technical Specifications Engineer ben jij de schakel tussen productontwikkeling, engineering, sales en de externe studiebureaus en voorschrijvers.
Je bouwt uit en beheert een complete technische specificatiebibliotheek, zodat onze draai-en schuifpoorten, hekwerken en systeemcomponenten correct en aantrekkelijk worden voorgeschreven door studiebureaus, architecten en infrastructuurspelers. Technische analyse van producten
- Je leert het volledige assortiment grondig kennen (materialen, constructies, coatings, motorisaties, veiligheidscomponenten…).
- Je begrijpt de technische samenhang tussen onderdelen en systeemopbouw.
- Je modelleert en omschrijft productconfiguraties (complete omheiningsvarianten, poort samenstellingen, motorisatie opties).
- Je bepaalt technisch correcte combinaties en systeemlogica van panelen, palen, bevestigingen, accessoires, fundering en veiligheidscomponenten.
- Je ontwikkelt heldere, technisch-juridisch correcte bestekteksten volgens de geldende systematieken.
- Je vertaalt normen, toleranties, prestaties en materiaalspecificaties naar gestructureerde documenten en standaardtemplates per productfamilie.
- Je krijgt de vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid om onze technische specificatiestructuur zelf uit te bouwen en te bewaken.
- Je beheert een digitale databank met alle productinformatie, varianten en versies.
- Je staat in voor het bewaken en up-to-date houden van correcte productinformatie op voorschrijfplatformen.
- Je onderhoudt relaties met studiebureaus, architecten en voorschrijvers.
- Je biedt technische ondersteuning, communiceert productwijzigingen en verzamelt marktfeedback.
- Je voorziet technische dossiers voor sales, projecten en aanbestedingen.
Achtergrond
- Industrieel ingenieur (elektromechanica, bouwkunde, werktuigkunde), bachelor mechanica/bouwkunde of een gelijkwaardige technische achtergrond (staal- en metaalconstructies, productontwikkeling).
- Je hebt ervaring binnen een technische studiedienst, werkvoorbereiding, engineering of technische documentatie en bent klaar voor een meer analytische en adviserende rol.
- Je beschikt over ervaring in één van de volgende domeinen: studiedienst / werkvoorbereiding of calculatie. Bestekschrijven of technische documentatie, staal- of metaalconstructies, producenten van bouw- of infrastructuurproducten, of engineering van mechanische systemen/poortautomatisatie.
- Sterk technisch inzicht en vertrouwd met toleranties, materialen, profielen en constructies.
- Gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en aandacht voor versiebeheer.
- Je voelt je thuis in een analytische pc-rol en werkt graag zelfstandig.
- Communicatief sterk - technisch overtuigen is jouw sterkte.
- Vlotte schriftelijke communicatie in het Nederlands; Frans is een pluspunt.
