Senior Transaction Manager/in Real Estate (80-100%)
Ihre Aufgaben
Sie identifizieren und erfassen proaktiv Immobilieninvestitionsmöglichkeiten (Einzelobjekte, Portfolios, Entwicklungs- und Bauprojekte) in der Deutschschweiz.
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Steuerung und Durchführung der kompletten Due Diligence (ökonomisch, bautechnisch, rechtlich und steuerlich) bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss der Transaktion.
Sie erstellen und prüfen Akquisitionsbewertungen.
Sie beauftragen und koordinieren interne Stellen sowie externe Partner (Makler, Schätzungsexperten, Notare, Anwälte und weitere Berater) und pflegen die entsprechenden Kunden- und Stakeholderbeziehungen.
Sie erarbeiten aussagekräftige Entscheidungsgrundlagen und präsentieren diese überzeugend vor den relevanten internen Gremien.
Ihr Profil
Sie verfügen über eine höhere Ausbildung (Immobilientreuhänder, Universitäts- oder Fachhochschulabschluss in den Bereichen Immobilienmanagement, Architektur oder Ökonomie).
Sie verfügen über einen bewiesenen, mehrjährigen Track Record als Transaction Manager/in mit fundiertem Know-how für Wohn- und Gewerbeliegenschaften; zusätzliche Kompetenzen in den Bereichen Bewertung, Vermarktung und Asset Management sind von Vorteil.
Sie verfügen über ein solides Beziehungsnetzwerk zu Maklern, Eigentümern und relevanten Immobilienakteuren
Sie bereiten komplexe Sachverhalte adressatengerecht auf und präsentieren Entscheidungsgrundlagen überzeugend und souverän vor internen Gremien und Entscheidungsträgern.
Sie sind eine verantwortungsbewusste und selbständige Persönlichkeit und besitzen eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, verfügen über ausgeprägte Analyse- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie unternehmerisches Denken.
Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office ist für Sie selbstverständlich, Vertrautheit mit Wüest Dimensions ist von Vorteil.
