Als consultant in ons team in Eindhoven – Bladel ben je dagelijks bezig met het verbinden van talenten aan passende banen. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Met jouw nieuwsgierigheid en ondernemerschap help je kandidaten hun ambities te realiseren en ondersteun je klanten bij het vinden van de juiste match. Dit is een rol waarin je zowel je commerciële vaardigheden als je vermogen om relaties op te bouwen verder kunt ontwikkelen.
Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en je eigen succes te creëren, terwijl je deel uitmaakt van een hecht team dat samen resultaten behaalt. Naast het contact met kandidaten en klanten zorg je ook voor een efficiënte afhandeling van administratieve processen. Dit is jouw kans om impact te maken in een rol die draait om mensen en groei.
Wat ga je doen:
- Schrijven van vacatureteksten die zowel kandidaten als klanten aanspreken en optimaliseren voor maximale zichtbaarheid;
- Voeren van intake- en selectiegesprekken om de drijfveren en ambities van kandidaten te ontdekken;
- Voeren van vacature-intake gesprekken met klanten om erachter te komen wie de perfecte kandidaat is;
- Begeleiden van kandidaten gedurende het hele traject, van sollicitatie tot plaatsing;
- Signaleren van commerciële kansen bij klanten en deze omzetten in concrete acties;
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame relaties met klanten en kandidaten, inclusief nauwkeurige verwerking van contracten en administratie.
- Brutosalaris tussen €2.700 en €3.400 per maand (fulltime);
- Vast contract met zekerheid en groeimogelijkheden;
- Werkweek van 36 tot 40 uur, fulltime;
- 6% persoonlijk budget, vrij inzetbaar naar eigen keuze (te besteden aan mobiliteit, vitaliteit of extra vakantie-uren);
- Toegang tot 800+ gratis trainingen en cursussen, inclusief SEU-opleiding;
- Een betrokken team met Brabantse gezelligheid, inclusief borrels.
Wij zoeken een enthousiaste en leergierige consultant die graag initiatief neemt en zich wil ontwikkelen in een dynamische omgeving Je bent proactief, communicatief sterk en vindt het leuk om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. - HBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
- Nieuwsgierig naar mensen en bereid om te leren;
- Ervaring met computersystemen;
- Rijbewijs B en bereidheid om klanten te bezoeken.
