You are acting as a System Engineer - Flight Management Systems (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Manching.
Your responsibilities:- Design and development of FMS functions
- Design and development of Flight Guidance functions and trajectory generation
- Implementation of these functions in a simulation environment.
- Completed studies in Aerospace or comparable
- Work experience in Aerospace and IT/Information Systems
- Solid experience with UAVs( Unmanned Aerial Vehicles)/RPAS (Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems)
- Experience with Python or C++
- Experience with IsaacSim and ROS2 would be a benefit
- Fluent English skills, written and spoken
- German knowledge is nice to have
- Willingness to work in an international team
