Acteur majeur des solutions du stationnement en Suisse et en France, avec une part croissante à l'international, la force d'IEM Group réside dans sa capacité à innover et à entretenir une synergie entre les différents métiers impliqués. Fondée et dirigée par des ingénieurs, IEM Group évolue dans une niche technique permettant de développer la majorité des produits en interne avec des contraintes techniques fortes.
Dans ce cadre, IEM cherche « Support Client & Solutions Digitales Junior », qui interviendra sur le terrain en Suisse romande dans l’installation, le suivi et la gestion d’équipements de stationnement, apportera un support digital à nos clients et participera à la configuration client sur les plateformes (comptes, paramètres, services).
Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :
Participer à l’installation et la mise en service des équipements sur le terrain
Intervenir sur site pour des actions de maintenance et de dépannage
Assister les clients, à distance ou en présentiel, dans l’utilisation des équipements et solutions
Participer à la configuration client sur les plateformes (comptes, paramètres, services)
Assister les clients dans l’utilisation des produits digitaux
Escalader les cas complexes aux équipes spécialisées
Répondre aux demandes des utilisateurs de l’application mobile PrestoPark
Contribuer à la qualité du service et à la satisfaction des clients
Participer au support digital groupe selon les besoins
Documenter les interventions et demandes dans les outils internes
Remonter les problèmes ou incidents aux équipes concernées
Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes Support, Projets et DevOps

Profil recherché :
Formation Bachelor HES ou équivalent
Première expérience en support (stage, alternance ou premier emploi) est un plus
Bonne appétence pour l’IT, les applications mobiles et les environnements digitaux
Envie d’apprendre, de se déplacer sur le terrain et de progresser rapidement
Sens du service et orientation client
Esprit pratique et d’analyse et capacité à résoudre des problèmes techniques
Travail en autonomie avec une bonne organisation et bon esprit d’équipe
Français (excellente maîtrise), anglais technique de base, allemand (un atout)
Déplacements réguliers en Suisse romande (environ 50% du temps)
