Hauptaufgaben auf einen Blick
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit einem breit aufgestellten Stakeholderkreis identifizieren und analysieren Sie Geschäftsprozesse, Herausforderungen und Ziele.
- Sie treiben die kontinuierliche Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres HELU KABEL Template-Modells voran und dokumentieren Konfigurationen, Benutzerhandbücher sowie Best Practices.
- Gemeinsam mit den Key-Usern steuern Sie die relevanten Prozesse und halten die Projektleitungen durch regelmäßige Berichte auf dem aktuellen Stand.
- Lokale Teams und Partner begleiten Sie im Rahmen von Onboarding-Projekten, übernehmen das Change Management und unterstützen bei der Umsetzung des HELU KABEL Template-Modells.
- Systemherausforderungen erkennen Sie frühzeitig und lösen diese, entweder direkt mit Microsoft Business Central oder durch passende Apps aus dem Microsoft Store.
- Im Support übernehmen Sie Verantwortung, analysieren Nutzeranfragen und koordinieren die Key-User im Support, damit zeitnahe Lösungen sichergestellt sind.
- Während und nach der Implementierung schulen und beraten Sie Prozessverantwortliche, um kontinuierliches Prozess- und Optimierungspotenzial zu erkennen und zu realisieren.
Voraussetzungen für ein passendes Match
- Sie verfügen über mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als Functional Consultant mit Microsoft Business Central und besitzen ein fundiertes Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Prozesse - idealerweise untermauert durch einen Abschluss wie einen MBA, ein betriebswirtschaftliches Bachelorstudium oder ein vergleichbares Fach.
- Dank Ihrer strukturierten, detailorientierten Arbeitsweise behalten Sie stets den Überblick und setzen sich für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen ein, ohne Unternehmensstandards aus den Augen zu verlieren.
- Auch bei komplexen Veränderungsprozessen agieren Sie souverän und steuern Transformationsprojekte effektiv zum Ziel.
- Verantwortung übernehmen Sie gerne, arbeiten zielorientiert und fördern den Wissensaustausch im Team. Ihre sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau setzen Sie gezielt zur internationalen Zusammenarbeit ein.
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Projekte verantwortet, Implementierungen begleitet und Aufgaben effizient delegiert.
