Senior Partner Sales Manager
Are you enthusiastic about collaborating with strategic partners to create amazing customer experiences? We are seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager to grow our Indirect Channel (TSD Channels) in support of Genesys revenue goals. This role involves nurturing strategic partnerships and generating partner opportunities. You will be responsible for incentivizing, training, and enabling partners in your region, measured by monthly, quarterly, and annual opportunity pipeline and bookings. We look for individuals who have a proven record of accomplishment of winning. What do you need to have?
Experience collaborating with partners in the TSD space.
Contact Center, CX, UCaaS and SaaS experience is a plus.
An initiative-taker with natural curiosity.
Ability to recruit and develop top partners in assigned regions.
Strong understanding of opportunity qualification, deal cycles, and forecasting accuracy (MEDDPICC).
Interface at all organizational levels maintaining strong working relationships with others.
Extremely strong organizational and time management skills.
BS or BA degree or 8+ years equivalent work-related experience.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Compensation: This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities. $108,000.00 - $189,800.00 Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
