Du unterstützt aktiv den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess – von der Stellenausschreibung bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung
Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team moderne Sourcing-Strategien und nutzt dabei digitale Tools, Plattformen sowie KI-gestützte Lösungen
Du identifizierst und sprichst passende Talente an
Du führst erste Interviews und entwickelst ein Gespür für Potenziale und Cultural Fit
Du erstellst hochwertige Kandidatendossiers, Stelleninserate und unterstützt bei der Gestaltung innovativer Recruiting-Formate (z. B. Jobvideos)
Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Consultants zusammen, um Vakanzen zielgerichtet und qualitativ hochwertig zu besetzen
Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung der Candidate Journey und bringst eigene Ideen zur Verbesserung unserer Prozesse ein
Du baust dir Schritt für Schritt ein eigenes Netzwerk auf und lernst, wie nachhaltiges Talent Relationship Management funktioniert
Und: Mit wachsender Erfahrung übernimmst du zunehmend Verantwortung für eigene Recruiting-Projekte
Dein Profil
Studium (Bachelor/Master) in Wirtschaft, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder Ähnlichem
Du bist kommunikativ, offen und gehst gerne auf Menschen zu
Teamplayer mit strukturierter und zuverlässiger Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Du bist motiviert, voller Tatendrang und willst Neues lernen – alles andere bringen wir dir bei
