Dan ben jij de strategische leider die wij zoeken om ons team naar een hoger niveau te tillen!
Als Communication Planning Strategist ben jij het strategische brein achter onze campagnes. Je bent de partner voor onze klanten en interne teams, daagt de status quo uit en zorgt ervoor dat onze mediaplannen niet alleen effectief, maar ook vernieuwend en toekomstbestendig zijn. Met jouw expertise en visie maak je direct impact op de groei van de grootste merken ter wereld.
Wat ga je doen?
- Jij bent het strategische brein: Je vertaalt complexe marketingstrategieën naar een ijzersterke, geïntegreerde mediastrategie. Je onderbouwt je advies met diepgaande analyses, consumenteninzichten en markttrends.
- Je bent een trendsetter: Je jaagt op de nieuwste ontwikkelingen in media, data en technologie en vertaalt deze naar een concrete roadmap voor onze klanten. Je inspireert met jouw visie en deelt je expertise tijdens sessies en evenementen.
- Je creëert groei: Je daagt klanten uit, ontdekt de échte business-uitdaging en adviseert over oplossingen die waarde toevoegen. Je bent cruciaal voor de commerciële groei door het identificeren van nieuwe kansen.
- Je bent een data-expert: Je bent de meester in het strategisch inzetten van onze tools, met WPP Open Media Studio (OMS) als kern. Je coacht teams om data om te zetten in slimmere strategische beslissingen.
- Je bouwt aan relaties op C-level: Je bent de strategische partner voor senior stakeholders. Je bouwt aan langdurige, vertrouwensvolle relaties en weet beslissers te overtuigen met jouw diepgaande kennis en oordeel.
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een strategische rol en je bent een expert in het medialandschap.
- Je doorziet het volledige media-ecosysteem en weet precies hoe verschillende touchpoints elkaar versterken om een geïntegreerd verhaal te vertellen.
- Je bent een kritische denker die complexe data en trends moeiteloos omzet in een helder en overtuigend strategisch verhaal.
- Je leidt vanuit expertise, niet vanuit hiërarchie. Je coacht en inspireert collega’s en tilt het strategische niveau van het hele team omhoog.
- Je bent van nature nieuwsgierig, een inspiratiebron voor klanten en collega's, en altijd op zoek naar manieren om het beter te doen.
