???? VOS FUTURES MISSIONS
Prospecter et développer de nouveaux clients industriels en Suisse romande, en s’appuyant sur le CRM, les actions marketing et son propre réseau.
Comprendre et analyser les enjeux métiers des clients (conception produit, gestion documentaire, traçabilité, qualité, SAV) et les transformer en opportunités commerciales concrètes.
Qualifier les projets en identifiant les décisionnaires, les processus impactés, le budget, le planning et les priorités stratégiques du client.
Présenter et démontrer les solutions logicielles (CFAO, APS, MES et GED, Qualité, SAV) avec une approche conseil, orientée valeur ajoutée et ROI.
Construire des offres sur-mesure en collaboration avec les consultants avant-vente et experts techniques, en s’assurant de leur pertinence technique et financière.
Piloter l’intégralité du cycle de vente : prospection, qualification, élaboration d’offre, négociation, contractualisation et passation aux équipes projet.
Développer et fidéliser le portefeuille existant, en identifiant les leviers de croissance, de cross-selling et d’up-selling.
Il s’agit d’un poste itinérant en déplacement 80% de votre temps de travail sur le secteur de la suisse romande.
???? LES ÉTAPES DU PROCESSUS DE RECRUTEMENT
Après un premier entretien de présélection en anglais avec notre collaboratrice RH Sophia, vous passerez un entretien en ligne avec notre directeur commercial. Ensuite, vous aurez un entretien sur place avec lui et notre directeur général.
???? VOS ATOUTS POUR CE POSTE
Expérience commerciale confirmée (minimum 2 ans) dans la vente de solutions logicielles ou techniques auprès de clients B2B, idéalement dans le secteur industriel.
Bonne compréhension des services opérationnels planification, Qualité et production et de leurs enjeux.
Capacité à travailler en autonomie, avec autodiscipline et rigueur dans la gestion quotidienne de vos missions (prospection, suivi, reporting).
Excellentes compétences relationnelles : vous disposez d’un très bon relationnel, d’une facilité de communication et vous savez être apprécié(e) par vos interlocuteurs grâce à votre écoute et votre professionnalisme.
Connnaissance ou expérience des logiciels PDM, PLM, APS, MES, QMS, GED, solutions qualité ou SAV : un atout majeur.
Français langue maternelle, anglais courant.
Pour mener à bien votre mission, vous devez être titulaire du permis de conduire catégorie B.
