The Regional Sales Manager, Channel Partners is responsible for driving profitable sales growth within an assigned European territory through a channel-led go-to-market model. This is a senior individual contributor role within the EMEA Commercial Organization, with full accountability for territory strategy, opportunity execution, and channel partner performance. The role balances managing existing channel business while expanding and developing new partners across growth markets. This position is a remote role, located either in Germany, Austria, or the Netherlands and will be a remote role covering the following territories Benelux, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe. The travel expectation is approximately 50% of the time. In this role, a typical day will look like: Owning and executing the regional sales strategy to deliver revenue and margin targets
Managing and growing a high-performing channel partner network
Leading complex sales opportunities from qualification to order intake
Maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity management in Salesforce
Building strong relationships with partners, customers, and key stakeholders
Collaborating cross-functionally to support deal execution and market growth
The essential requirements of the job include: 5–10 years of experience in technical B2B sales
Background in water treatment / UV disinfection is strongly preferred.
Proven experience selling through channel partner / distributor models
Experience managing complex, long-cycle sales processes
Fluency in English (additional European languages are an advantage)
Availability to travel around 50% of the time
