Aufgaben
Entwicklung einer ganzheitlichen Strategie sowie operative Steuerung aller Performance-Kanäle (SEA, Display, Social, SEO, etc.)
Verantwortung für die gesamte Budgetplanung, effiziente Allokation und konsequente ROI-Optimierung
Disziplinarische Führung, Coaching und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Marketing-Teams
KPI-Analyse zur Ableitung strategischer Maßnahmen sowie Identifikation von Wachstumstrends
Verantwortung für das gesamte technische Setup, inklusive Tracking, Attribution und Tools
Anforderungen
Abgeschlossene Aus- oder Weiterbildung im Marketing mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Performance Marketing, vorzugsweise bereits in einer Führungsposition
Tiefgreifendes Wissen in gängigen Werbe-Plattformen (Google Ads, Meta) und Tracking-Tools (GA4, GTM)
Ausgeprägte datengetriebene Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu erfassen
Nachgewiesene Kompetenz in der Leitung von Teams und der Steuerung komplexer Projekte
Unternehmerisches Handeln, hohe Eigeninitiative und verhandlungssicheres Deutsch
