What You'll Do- B2B Sales - Connect with business owners, HR directors, and general managers to present customized employee benefit solutions.
- Consultative Selling - Understand client needs and craft tailored solutions that meet both company goals and employee needs.
- Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Lead Generation - Use Salesforce to track leads, manage pipelines, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Client Support - Deliver excellent post-sale service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Sales Goals - Consistently meet or exceed sales performance targets and contribute to the agency's growth.
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required - we value drive, coachability, and a passion for helping others.
