Pour l'un de nos prestigieux clients dans les dispositifs medicaux, nous recherchons un ingenieur qualification disponible ASAP.
Missions principales :
Piloter les activités de qualification tout au long du cycle de vie (, analyse d’impact, FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, mise en service et requalification).
Rédiger, exécuter et approuver la documentation de qualification et validation : protocoles, rapports, analyses de risques, change controls, déviations et plans de qualification.
Assurer le maintien de l’état qualifié des équipements en coordonnant les activités de maintenance, calibration, requalification périodique et suivi de conformité.
Participer aux activités de validation de procédés / Computer Validation (CSV) sur un périmètre ciblé, notamment pour les systèmes et équipements de laboratoire informatisés.
Accompagner les projets d’installation, transfert ou évolution d’équipements, en garantissant le respect des exigences réglementaires, qualité et opérationnelles.
Profil recherché :
Diplôme Ingénieur ou Bac+5 (pharmaceutique, chimie, biotechnologies, génie industriel ou équivalent)
Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en qualification d’équipements, de préférence en laboratoire
Expérience confirmée en qualification IQ / OQ / PQ
Bonne connaissance des BPF / GMP, gestion des déviations, change control et analyse de risques
Une expérience en CSV (Computerized System Validation) est appréciée
Profil terrain, autonome, avec de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et de coordination multi-interlocuteurs. jid49a3fa9ws jit0521ws jiy26ws
