Für unser Team Payroll in München suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Payroll Officer (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt Payroll Österreich!
- Beratung und Betreuung von österreichischen und ggf. deutschen Hoteldirektoren (m/w/d) und Mitarbeitenden bei sämtlichen personellen Angelegenheiten
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Entgeltabrechnung
- Allgemeine Korrespondenz inklusive der Erstellung von Bescheinigungen
- Pflege von Personalstammdaten im Abrechnungssystem und Führen von Personalakten
- Projektaufgaben
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung in der Personalsachbearbeitung
- Relevante Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung und Personaladministration nach österreichischem Recht; alternativ die Kompetenz und Motivation, sich in neue Themenfelder einzuarbeiten, ergänzt durch fundierte Erfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung sowie in der Personaladministration nach deutschem Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrechts
- Erfahrung im im Umgang mit dem Abrechnungssystem LOGA (P&I) von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Steuerrecht
- Einen sicheren Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen
- Souveränes Auftreten und Kommunikationsgeschick im Umgang mit den verschiedenen Schnittstellen
- Engagement sowie Motivation und Zuverlässigkeit
- Teamgeist
- Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Freude daran, sich in neue Themen und Aufgaben einzuarbeiten
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
