We're a California-based law firm with a national media presence — and we're looking for a creative Social Media Strategist & Content Creator to help us grow across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. At the Law Office of Parag L. Amin, P.C. (LawPLA), our content reaches thousands of business owners and professionals each month. We're building a powerful digital brand — one that's smart, authentic, and inspiring. If you love creating content that connects and drives measurable results, this is your chance to take the lead. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist / Content Creator to take our firm's digital presence to the next level. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our social media strategy and content creation, working closely with the Marketing Manager and leadership team. You will have the opportunity to craft compelling narratives, design eye-catching visuals, and produce engaging videos that resonate with our audience and reflect our brand values. This is a role for someone who thrives on creativity, innovation, and measurable impact. This position is full-time and remote, open to individuals authorized to work in the US. Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute creative social media strategies that drive visibility and engagement Create, edit, and publish platform-specific content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn Write sharp, natural-sounding captions and hooks tailored for U.S. business audiences Identify and repurpose high-performing content for ad campaigns on YouTube or Meta Analyze performance data and recommend improvements based on insights Stay on top of platform trends, tools, and algorithm updates to keep our brand fresh and relevant Qualifications include: 2+ years of professional experience managing or creating social media content Deep understanding of U.S. tone, culture, and social trends Strong video editing and storytelling skills Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or YouTube Ads preferred (even at a basic level) Ability to write persuasive, engaging social copy that feels natural and conversational Analytical mindset and curiosity for testing, learning, and improving Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable — you take ownership of results Why you'll love working with us: Remote-first culture – work from anywhere in the U.S. Creative freedom and collaboration with leadership on high-visibility content Clear growth path and performance-based incentives Supportive, professional team with a shared focus on excellence and results Compensation & benefits include: $18–24/hour, depending on experience Performance-based incentives for measurable growth Health benefits and paid time off after a 90-day period Opportunity for long-term growth with a firm expanding its digital media reach How to apply: We want to see your creativity in action.
