Aufgaben
Produktion, Anrichten und Verteilung hochwertiger Speisen
Warenannahme und Qualitätskontrolle
Einhaltung der HACCP-Hygienevorschriften sowie der Arbeitsschutzbestimmungen
Durchführung von Reinigungsarbeiten
Lagerumschichtung und Handhabung von Produkten gemäß FIFO-/FEFO-Prinzipien
Durchführung von Inventurzählungen und Befolgung aller betrieblichen Anweisungen
Professionelle Vertretung des Unternehmens nach aussen
Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen und internen Schulungen
Bestellung und Bezug von nachhaltig produzierten Lebensmitteln
Umsetzung von Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards
Erwartungen
Abgeschlossene Kochlehre
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
Fundierte Kenntnisse der HACCP- und Lebensmittelsicherheitsstandards
Gute Kenntnisse in Küchenorganisation, Lagerverwaltung und Inventurkontrolle
Strukturierte, selbständige und effiziente Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen (05:00 - 22:30)
Einwandfreier Strafregisterauszug
Gute Deutschkenntnisse zwingend, Englisch erwünscht, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
