Position Overview As a Remote – Sales Account Manager in Pennsylvania, you will be the first face our Dealers see and the first voice they hear over the phone representing ZLINE! Our Sales Account Managers are positive, upbeat people who value knowledge, customer satisfaction, and helping others. We are seeking someone who wants to excel in their career, push boundaries, create new strategies, and work their way up!
This is the perfect position for those with light sales experience looking to hone their skills in the sales industry. Potential for growth at ZLINE is limitless, so bring a dedicated and hungry attitude to get in on the ground floor. We enjoy watching your skill sets, education, personable skills, and computer literacy skills grow on the job!
Sales Account Managers enjoy building relationships, making sales, staying competitive with their awesome team, and are excellent communicators. ZLINE’s customer experience is a top priority – everyone hired on as a ZLINE employee will receive 30 days of customer experience training before moving into their respective department training. This training is proven to be the best way to learn product and company knowledge, which is applicable to every role within the company.
Requirements
Must be physically located in the state of Pennsylvania, USA
Ability to travel around 60%+ of the time to see out-of-town dealers is a must
High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Management experience is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great organizational and follow-up skills
Literacy with Mac OS computer systems
Familiarity with the Google Suite (ie, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
Ability to be on the phone, email, and communicate for about 8 hours/day
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM preferred
Sales or Dealer relationship management experience
Dedicated to being a forever learner of Product Knowledge (We create new SKUs every quarter!)
Ability to go above and beyond what is asked of you
Bilingual is a plus
Key Roles
Full Account Management and Ownership: Manage a portfolio of Dealer Partners by processing orders, providing support, and growing business sales
Patience and understanding of customer needs, ability to de-escalate when necessary
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Dealer Partners
Identify opportunities to grow accounts
Identify areas of improvement for accounts (both internal and external)
Ensuring up-to-date product information, inventory, and promotion materials
Conduct training: virtual, in-person
Convert Leads to Accounts
Work from Home Office Hours Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST with a 1-hour lunch
Fridays 8:00 am – 4:30 pm EST with a 30-minute lunch
