What You Will Do This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
Join an established team of physicians and dedicated multidisciplinary support staff Call structure: TBD (No nights or weekends required) Practice setting: Inpatient / Outpatient mix Access to Athena & Sunrise Clinical Manager EMR, a behavioral-based outpatient Feeding Program, dedicated pediatric registered dietitians, and integrated pediatric psychologists Employed position within a nonprofit health system Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Gastroenterology Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a diverse population of pediatric patients presenting with complex gastroenterology conditions, coordinating closely with case management for inpatient consultations and discharge planning. Collaborate within an established specialty network to manage outpatient clinic operations, accept regional provider referrals, and contribute to initiatives that optimize the quality and cost-effectiveness of care. Fellowship training in Pediatric Gastroenterology required

54-bed regional pediatric inpatient hub (featuring a 32-bed NICU, 15-bed Pediatric Inpatient Unit, and a 7-bed PICU) Level II Pediatric Trauma Verification Serving a population of approximately 300,000 in the greater Evansville metropolitan area Integrated referral network combining comprehensive maternal-fetal medicine, dedicated pediatric emergency providers, and an established multi-specialty Outpatient Pediatric Specialty Clinic Part of Ascension, a national nonprofit Catholic health system

What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
