Base Pay Range $30.00/hr - $60.00/hr
A growing virtual healthcare group is seeking Nurse Practitioners to support its preventive cardiac care program. This is a fully remote, part‑time telehealth role focused on cardiovascular risk assessment, patient education, and lifestyle‑based care through short, structured virtual visits
New graduates are welcome — training, templates, and full administrative support are provided.
What You’ll Do
Conduct focused
10–20 minute
telehealth visits centered on preventive cardiac care
Perform cardiovascular risk assessments and review patient history
Provide patient education on heart health, lifestyle changes, and prevention strategies
Deliver structured counseling related to nutrition, exercise, stress, and overall wellness
Use standardized visit templates and workflows to ensure consistency and quality
Document visits accurately in the telehealth platform
Collaborate with a supportive clinical and operations team as needed
Qualifications
Active Nurse Practitioner license in one or more U.S. states
NPI (Type 1) required
Certification accepted: FNP, AGNP, AGPCNP, ANP, or similar
Interest or background in
cardiology, preventive care, behavioral health, or primary care
Comfortable working in telehealth and structured clinical workflows
Strong communication skills and patient‑centered approach
Telehealth experience helpful, but not required
