The Panel is working exclusively with a global investment manager to source an Assistant Manager, Corporate Accounting for their growing Irish office.The successful candidate will take ownership of the full controllership cycle from close and reporting through to audit, budgeting, and regulatory compliance with additional responsibility for supporting the accounting function of a number of the firm's overseas ManCo entities. Key Responsibilities Oversee the general ledger close process for assigned entities, including preparation of account schedules and financial statements Maintain accurate books, records, and balance sheet oversight for a number of the firm's ManCo entities Ensure regulatory compliance across all assigned management company entities, both domestic and international Partner with divisional business lines to validate P&L accuracy and support cash recognition improvements Lead the annual audit process, liaising directly with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion Drive the budgeting cycle, contributing historical analysis and supporting management presentations with actionable data insights Requirements 3-6 years PQE with experience in Finance and Controllership; Private Equity exposure is a distinct advantage Working knowledge of GAAP Strong proficiency in financial platforms such as Workday, Dynamics, or Concur Proven ability to manage large datasets and deliver clear, decision-ready reporting to senior stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented, detail-focused approach Skills: Accounting private equity Corporate Finance Cash Management Financial Statements Accountant Audit
