Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options. Look at all opportunities for customers considering trading in their existing vehicles. Provide detailed information on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options. Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to closing the deal. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Work collaboratively with team members and management to meet sales goals. Requirements
Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Sales-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Benefits

On average, our sales consultants can earn between $60K - $120K+ per year.
