What You’ll Do Connect with individuals who have
requested information
about coverage Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Guide clients through the application and underwriting process Maintain relationships Manage your own schedule and pipeline What We Provide Pre-qualified, inbound leads (no cold outreach required) Access to 40+ A-rated insurance carriers Structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship Remote work flexibility with full control of your schedule Compensation 1099 independent contractor position Commission-based (no base salary) Average starting commission: ~$500 per issued policy Part-time: ~$35K–$75K+ Full-time: $100K+ potential (performance-based) Bonuses and incentives available No income caps What We’re Looking For Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated with a high level of accountability Comfortable working in a commission-based environment Sales experience is a plus, but not required Who This Is For Individuals seeking part-time supplemental income Career changers looking for a scalable income opportunity Entry-level candidates open to training and development
