Deine Verantwortung
Du hältst unsere administrativen und operativen Prozesse am Laufen – eigenständig, strukturiert und vorausschauend:
Ganzheitliche Abwicklung unserer Administration: von der Auftragserfassung über Rechnungsstellung bis zur Versandkoordination von Paketen
Verantwortung für das Rechnungswesen inkl. Mahnwesen und Zahlungskontrolle
Unterstützung in der Marketingkommunikation (Newsletter, Webshop-Inhalte, Medienanfragen)
Operativer Einkauf und Lieferantenkoordination
Disposition sowie Lagerbewirtschaftung in der Schweiz und in Deutschland
Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Artikel- und Stammdaten im ERP-System
Customer Service für Endkunden und internationale Partner
Erstellung von Analysen, Reportings und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
Mitarbeit und Teilprojektleitung bei strategisch wichtigen Projekten
Du wartest nicht auf Aufgaben, du erkennst Handlungsbedarf und bringst dich aktiv ein.
Das bringst du mit
Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen, vielseitigen Funktion
Unternehmerisches Denken und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
Strukturierte, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Organisationsstärke und hohe Eigeninitiative
Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und Word)
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Affinität zu digitalen Tools / ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
