Job Summary Senior Associate – Procter & Gamble (P&G) content projects. Partner closely with senior team members to develop and execute brand content strategies, cultivate new content opportunities, and manage creative entertainment relationships. Provide day‑to‑day support in fostering and growing relationships with clients, agency partners, and external vendors to drive the vision and business forward.
Responsibilities
Support and collaborate with team members to serve category and client content needs.
Communicate key information and reporting to client teams and stakeholders as directed by senior managers.
Provide market reporting and analysis across competitors, consumer trends, and culture.
Gather data for insight interpretation and contribute to consideration sets.
Distribute RFPs to partners, coordinate responses, communicate progress, and participate in idea sessions.
Assist with content scorecards and client‑facing materials; project manage activations.
Maintain key status documents for senior team members.
Support NDA compliance.
Collaborate internally and with media partners to ensure timely, organized initiative and marketplace discovery.
Assist in curating and distributing the Carat Content newsletter to the broader P&G team.
Requirements & Skills
1–3 years of professional experience in branded content, advertising, or a related field.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while being timeline and deadline oriented.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit and strong team orientation.
Negotiation and conflict‑management skills.
Flexible, curious, and creative/quick‑thinking mindset.
Highest levels of professionalism and articulation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and all major social media platforms.

Compensation Annual salary range: $62,100 – $66,300.
Work Setting & Location Hybrid role – 3 days per week in the office, office based in New York City. Candidates must reside in New York City.
