Responsabilidades- Prospectar y dar seguimiento a todas las oportunidades de venta
- Revisar el inventario diariamente
- Ofrecer asistencia o direccin a cualquier cliente que ingrese al concesionario
- Ayudar a los clientes a tomar decisiones de compra haciendo preguntas y escuchando atentamente sus respuestas y necesidades
- Trabajar directamente con los clientes para desarrollar relaciones que mejoren el proceso de venta
- Explicar el rendimiento, la aplicacin y los beneficios del producto a los clientes potenciales
- Reportar al Gerente de Ventas sobre objetivos, actividades planificadas y revisiones
- Entusiasmo y alta energa durante la jornada laboral de ventas
- Ms de 3 aos de experiencia en ventas de Kia o en la industria automotriz
- Personalidad amigable y competitiva, especialmente al manejar objeciones y negociar precios
- Fuertes habilidades de servicio al cliente, comunicacin, informtica y matemticas bsicas
- Inters en capacitar a otros asociados de ventas una vez que se haya familiarizado con el puesto y en trabajar en equipo
- Licencia de conducir vlida y rcord de manejo limpio
- Ser bilinge es una ventaja
