About you What you bring 8+ years in content strategy and editorial leadership at a B2B SaaS, professional services, or media company, with 3+ years leading and scaling a team.
A track recordof building original content programs thatmoveda market, not just produced volume. You can point to specific franchises and what theyearnedthe business.
Strong editorial judgment. You can read a draft, namewhat'swrong with it, and rewrite theledeyourself when needed.
Fluency with AI content tools and a clear point of view on how to use them without flattening voice or eroding accuracy.
Comfort working with senior executives, including extracting their point of view, ghostwriting at their level, and pushing back when needed.
Fluency with content performance data and marketing analytics. You manage to numbers without losing the craft.
Familiarity with the modern content stack: CMS, content operations platforms (Workfront, Contently, Writer), SEO and analytics tools, and AI-assisted production.
Experience in legal, regulated, or professional services markets is a strong plus. If youdon'thave it,you'vemoved into a complex vertical before andgottensmart fast.

For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $126,000 USD - $234,000 USD.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. This job posting will close 06/30/2026.
