The role identifies and generates new business opportunities and pursues leads which are provided against a focused target account list./ppIn addition to the actual sales activities, Key Account Executive is usually one of the most experienced sales representatives, so it is expected of him/her to share his/her knowledge with the rest of the team members, mentor newly recruited sales team members, answer technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members./ppWhat youll do:/pulliFocuses on lead qualification and closure for successful sale/liliSells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a customers base (provided target account list) in designated team/squad./liliInvolves specialists when needed for particular aspects of overall sales (e.g., SE for demo)/liliDevelops solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application./liliManages sales through forecasting, account resource requesting, account strategy, and planning./liliParticipates in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition./liliNegotiates pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale./liliMaintains client relationships by collaborating with AMs, CSEs or Inside Sales team to sell and maintain account health/liliWorks closely with BDR teams to take over the lead/liliAs required cross sells for existing accounts on complicated deals (e.g., renegotiation)/liliAs a Leading contributor individually and as a team member, provide direction and mentoring to others./li/ulpWhat makes you a strong fit:/pulli5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in solution-based sales, with a strong focus on SaaS./liliExperience selling SaaS solutions within one or more of the following verticals: Retail, BFSI, Healthcare, and/or Travel Hospitality./liliSuccessful sales track record - commission earnings./liliAbility to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts./liliCXO level influencer./liliTeam player with strong interpersonal /communication skills./liliExcellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers./liliPrevious management experience an advantage./liliBachelor degree or equivalent./li/ulpAdditional Information/ppSalary Range: $130,000-$150,000 USD annual base salary (the salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience, education, and skillset).
