Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by connecting with fleet operators and trucking companies in Dallas. This is a field-based role offering autonomy and flexibility, but it requires strong self-discipline and independence.

You will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers, developing new business opportunities, and leveraging your knowledge of the trucking and fleet industry to sell fleet branding and color graphics solutions.

Prospecting & Lead GenerationIdentify and engage fleet and trucking companies throughout Alabama and Georgia that can benefit from fleet graphic solutions.

Sales Presentations & Relationship BuildingConduct in-person meetings and presentations to demonstrate value, focusing on enhancing brand visibility through vehicle graphics and fleet branding.

Account DevelopmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business across fleets of all sizes.

New Business DevelopmentDrive new revenue by identifying untapped opportunities and growing market share in the region.

Collaboration & ExecutionPartner with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within trucking, fleet, transportation, logistics, or a related industry
  • Existing relationships within the trucking, fleet, or logistics space are a strong plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of fleet branding, color graphics, and installation services
  • Familiarity with the Georgia and/or Alabama market is preferred
  • Comfortable with remote work, self-management, and regional travel
  • Experience in sales, account management, or business development within a relevant industry is highly valued
