Stellenbeschreibung
Als Single Point of Accountability übernimmst du die zentrale Ownership für deine Kunden und agierst als Hauptansprechpartner im IT-Outsourcing.
Du verbindest Service Delivery, Business Value und Kundenstrategie und vertrittst den Kunden intern teamübergreifend und nachhaltig.
IT-Betriebsprozesse und Services gestaltest, implementierst und optimierst du entlang von SLA, KPI und passenden Betriebsmodellen.
Stabilität, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit der Kundenverträge stellst du sicher und steuerst die operativen Teams entsprechend.
Du behältst Incidents, Problems und Changes im Überblick und moderierst Konflikte sowie Prioritäten.
Aus Trends (CSAT, SLA, Kosten, Nutzung) leitest du konkrete Optimierungen und Roadmaps ab.
Du identifizierst gezielt Up- und Cross-Selling-Potenziale und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung des Serviceportfolios.
Regelmässige Kundentermine vor Ort gehören dazu – dabei agierst du flexibel, lösungsorientiert und unternehmerisch.
Qualifikationen
Du hast eine abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung in Informatik (HF/FH) oder eine Informatiklehre mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung.
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Service Management (idealerweise bei einem IT-Provider).
Du bringst Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit und gehst strukturiert mit Kundenanforderungen um.
IT-Services in Business Impact übersetzen und strategisch weiterentwickeln.
Du hast Erfahrung in Budgetplanung, Forecasting und der Weiterentwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen.
Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
