Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective lead generation, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive, marine, rv, or atv sales. Duties Conduct inside sales activities to generate leads and close sales. Manage a designated inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Analyze market data to identify potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Skills Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in auto or powersports sales. Strong lead generation skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness.
