Role Overview The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic customer relationships while providing expert technical consultation on circuits, PCB design and manufacturing, and laminate materials. You will serve as the primary technical liaison between our engineering team and clients, ensuring that customer requirements are met with optimal solutions that drive both customer satisfaction and company profitability. This position requires a unique combination of deep technical knowledge in electronic circuits and PCB manufacturing, coupled with proven sales expertise and exceptional communication skills. You will be expected to understand complex technical specifications, translate them into viable manufacturing solutions, and effectively communicate value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ResponsibilitiesTechnical
Sales & Business Development
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the PCB and circuit manufacturing sector, with a focus on high-value accounts Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing our manufacturing capabilities and material solutions Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotations, and cost analyses that align customer requirements with our manufacturing capabilities Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while maintaining healthy profit margins Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM systems and regular prospecting activities. Education & Experience:
Bachelors in: Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degrees preferred. Minimum of 5years’ experience in Sales. Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with OEM’s, Manufacturing, or within PCB, laminate, prepreg, or similar fields.
