Benenden Health is a leading UK not-for-profit healthcare provider committed to offering affordable private healthcare. As we continue to evolve and grow our Product & Innovation team, we are looking for an experience Senior Product Manager to join the team.

This role comes at a pivotal time and will support the development, execution and optimisation of the Society’s strategic product roadmap.

Ensuring product & services within the portfolio of products are continually developed in line with member needs, market insight and commercial considerations.

The role is critical to enabling delivery of the product strategy, business plan and the Society’s overall long-term sustainability through new and evolved products and services.

The Benenden Health office is based in York and whilst there will be an opportunity to work from home, this role is offered on a hybrid basis and there will be requirement of a weekly attendance at the office.

We are interested to hear from candidates with the following skills:

  • Proven track record of bringing new products and services to market from concept through to delivery.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of products
  • Innovative & proactive thinker
  • Strong understanding of digital technology and tools
  • Healthcare or FS experience ideal.
