As a Senior Business Development Representative at Taktile, you'll drive AI adoption in Financial Services by engaging future customers in their very first interactions with us and identifying new market opportunities. It's a pivotal role that enables our sales team to focus on high-value, revenue-generating activities and is powered by leveraging your creativity, charm, grit, and strategic thinking.
You will:
- Own pipeline-generating activities in your territory and outreach to strategic prospects to generate high-intent opportunities with Mid-Market and Enterprise companies
- Support the development and execution of strategic outbound initiatives
- Lead our attendance at major conferences and host dinners to meet industry leaders across the world
- Collaborate with the marketing, growth, and sales teams, and bring in leads applying qualification frameworks such as PACTT.
- Be supported by an ever-developing AI toolstack to automate the busywork and focus on using your brain
- Conduct initial qualifications for high-potential leads

You will make our decision easy if you have:
- 2-3+ years of experience in a fast-growing startup, preferably in lead management and project management roles or 2-3+ years of experience in a field like finance & investment banking, consulting or software engineering
- Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets.
- Familiarity with outbound tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, lemlist or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A growth mindset, genuine curiosity about AI and financial services, as well as a willingness to learn.
