As the Account Representative for Lisa Davis - State Farm Agent, you play a pivotal role in driving the success of our agency. Benefits include license reimbursement, salary plus commission, group life, 401(k), bonus based on performance, competitive salary, flexible schedule, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, and training & development.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve agency goals and objectives, building and maintaining relationships with clients to drive retention and expand referral networks, conducting policy reviews, assessing client needs, and recommending tailored insurance solutions, proactively marketing and cross-selling products to warm and cold leads, and overseeing customer issue resolution and ensuring a positive client experience.
Qualifications include proven experience in sales management, preferably in insurance or a related field, demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with clients and foster long-term relationships, and active state insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain them promptly).
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
