divh2Leasing Consultant/h2pLocation: Walnut Creek, CA 94598/ppPay Rate: $23 - $24/hr/ppShift: Leasing Consults play an important role in creating an outstanding living experience for current and prospective residents. This position reports to the property manager./ppPrimary Responsibilities Include:/pulliGreet prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs, preferences, and closing leads/liliAssist new residents with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and employment/credit checks/liliCollect security deposits, rent, and any other charges associated with resident moveins/liliCommunicate all lease and community policies to new and current residents/liliFollow up with all leads and prospects that did not lease/liliEnsure apartments are movein ready by inspecting, and adding lastminute touches when appropriate/liliSeek out new residents with creative marketing techniques/liliManage the lease renewal process and retention efforts/liliRespond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries/li/ulpSuccessful candidates may have backgrounds in real estate, retail, sales, leasing, hospitality, or customer service.
