We’re looking for a General Dentist to join a highly successful, established private practice in Cincinnati, OH and work side-by-side with the current owner—someone who’s excited about building relationships, caring for a loyal patient base, and growing into a long-term leadership role over time.

This practice has deep roots in the community, a strong reputation, and a full schedule ready to welcome another DDS. If you’ve ever wanted the stability of a busy practice without the pressure and complexity of doing it alone, this could be a great fit.

Welcome to TD Dental, led by Dr. Tom Birong and Dr. Dave Severson! We partner with locally owned dental practices to provide operational support—so doctors can focus on what they do best: caring for patients and leading great teams without the pressures that are often put on corporately owned practices. As we expand into Cincinnati, we’re excited to welcome a dentist who’s ready to grow with us and eventually step into the primary provider role.

This is a practice where you’ll have real clinical autonomy, thoughtful mentorship, and the freedom to practice comprehensive dentistry—without a corporation telling you how to diagnose or treat your patients.
