Job Description Job Summary: Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients in an acute care setting, ensuring optimal recovery and functional improvement through evidence-based interventions and assessments. Responsibilities:
Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapy sessions utilizing manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Document patient care activities in the electronic health record system accurately and timely. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Ensure compliance with all safety, licensing, and regulatory standards. Qualifications:
Hold a valid Texas State license as a Physical Therapist. Possess at least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in acute care. Demonstrate proficiency with electronic charting systems such as Epic. BLS certification is required. Travel experience preferred but not mandatory.
