Dans le cadre du renforcement des équipes Compliance de notre client, une banque privée internationale de premier plan basée à Genève, nous recherchons un(e) Junior KYC Analyst disponible rapidement afin de soutenir les activités liées à l’onboarding clientèle et aux revues périodiques dans un environnement exigeant et international.
Cette mission offre une excellente opportunité de développer son expertise en Compliance et en KYC au sein d’un établissement reconnu pour son excellence et son approche centrée sur la clientèle.
Missions principales
Participer aux processus KYC (Know Your Customer) pour une clientèle de Banque Privée, tant pour les nouvelles entrées en relation que pour les revues périodiques
Effectuer des recherches et analyses de due diligence sur des personnes physiques et morales (screening, bases de données spécialisées, sources ouvertes)
Contrôler la documentation d’ouverture de compte et les mises à jour périodiques conformément aux exigences AML et aux politiques internes
Contribuer à l’identification et à l’évaluation des risques clients, notamment sur les marchés EUNINT et/ou MENA
Collaborer étroitement avec les Relationship Managers ainsi qu’avec les différentes équipes internes afin de collecter et valider les informations requises
Assurer un reporting précis et participer à différents projets internes liés à la Compliance
Nous recherchons un profil respectant les critères suivants :
Bachelor ou formation équivalente en Finance, Droit, Économie ou domaine similaire
Minimum 1 année d’expérience en KYC/AML, Compliance ou fonction similaire au sein du secteur bancaire ou financier, idéalement en Banque Privée suisse
Bonne connaissance des marchés EUNINT et/ou MENA, un atout
Maîtrise des réglementations AML/KYC et des standards internationaux en matière de conformité
Certifications AML (ACAMS, VisionCompliance ou équivalent) appréciées
Expérience dans les activités de due diligence et les interactions avec la clientèle (réunions, appels)
Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access) et capacité d’adaptation à des systèmes complexes
