Location: Bellevue, WA (Factoria)

Salary Range : $90,000- $105,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Bonuses : $5,000 Sign-on bonus, Production Bonuses, Profit Sharing

Job Description

SPT - Factoria seeking a Clinic Director who will play a pivotal role in shaping clinical operations, mentoring staff, and elevating the patient experience. At Sports Physical Therapy, you’ll join a collaborative, high‑energy team dedicated to exceptional care and continuous professional growth.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a deep passion for rehabilitation and a genuine love for sports. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and innovative thinking are essential as you guide your team and help drive excellence in an evolving field. Most importantly, your empathy and compassion will empower patients on their recovery journey and inspire trust every step of the way .

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State
  • Management and marketing experience preferred
  • Interest in sports rehab, orthopedics, and active populations
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
