Overview: We are seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join our highly regarded Trusts & Estates Department.
This position works in a results-driven and client-oriented environment and provides administrative support to attorneys who work in our Trusts & Estates practice group.
Key Responsibilities Include: *
Assist in all aspects of trust and estate administration and tax and financial planning services. *
Prepare, draft, and review various legal documents including wills, trusts and related documents. *
Monitor intake of new matters and coordinate billing. *
Schedule and coordinate meetings, responsible for ensuring all necessary arrangements are made for in-person and virtual meetings. *
Provide administrative support and assistance by routing mail, screening calls, and performing various clerical duties. *
Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have: *
Knowledge or familiarity with trust and estate planning practices (3+ years preferred); *
Exceptional organizational abilities, initiative, attention to detail, an ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines; *
Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships, and an interest in becoming an integral part in practice management; *
Self-motivation; a positive, professional, can-do attitude and approach; and the desire to think creatively and get things done effectively and efficiently; *
Advanced technical skills in Microsoft 2010 Suite and the willingness to learn new and evolving systems and applications.

The estimated starting pay range is $24 - $39/hour. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidates experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
